Terms and Conditions

1. Registration Policy

• No Refunds & No Cancellations: All registrations are considered final. No cancellations or refunds will be provided once registration is complete, regardless of the circumstances. Please review your selection carefully before proceeding with payment.
• After Registration: For any inquiries following your registration, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 8381023867.

2. Workshop Materials and Certificate

• Single Distribution: Workshop materials and completion certificates will be sent once to the registered email provided at the time of sign-up. Ensure the accuracy of your email, as materials will not be reissued.
• Responsibility to Keep Links Secure: Access to workshop materials and certificates are provided through unique links or files sent to your registered email. It is your responsibility to secure and store these links. We will not be responsible for resending or restoring access to lost or misplaced materials.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

• Copyrighted Content: All recipes, video tutorials, and workshop materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Chef Pihu Rajmalani. Unauthorized sharing, copying, redistribution, or any other use of this content outside of personal learning is strictly prohibited.
• Legal Action for Infringement: Unauthorized use or redistribution of Chef Pihu Rajmalani’s intellectual property will lead to legal action under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Access to Pre-Recorded Classes and Videos

• Duration of Access: Your registration includes a 6-month access to all pre-recorded classes and video content. Access expires automatically after this period, and extensions or renewals are not available.
• Non-transferable Access: Access links are provided exclusively to the registrant. Sharing of access links with others is not permitted and may result in suspension of access with no refund.

5. Communication and Privacy

• Data Sharing with Service Providers: By registering, you consent to share your information with Chef Pihu Rajmalani and Razorpay, our payment processor. Both parties follow industry-standard practices to secure your information and use it in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
• Use of WhatsApp: By choosing to reach out to us via WhatsApp, you acknowledge and consent to use this platform for communication, including receiving updates and relevant information about your registration.

6. Responsibility for Digital Materials

• One-Time Delivery of Digital Materials: Workshop notes, videos, and other digital content will be provided only once. Should any digital material be lost or misplaced, we cannot reissue or provide additional access.
• No Resending of Notes or Materials: It is the registrant’s responsibility to download and securely store all provided materials.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

• Applicable Laws: These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Maharashtra.
